Job Description:

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with various teams within the organization to develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and processes. You will oversee inspections, testing, and audits to identify any deviations from established standards and provide recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant industry regulations and certifications. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in this role.

Job Expectations:

• Responsible for the overall management of the quality department, ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout all company processes.
• Implements and maintains an effective quality management system.
• Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and develop defect prevention strategies.
• Reports to management on the performance of the quality department and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement quality control systems and processes to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as manufacturing, engineering, and customer service, to identify areas for quality improvement and develop action plans.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to identify any deviations from established standards and promptly address any non-conformities.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Train and supervise quality assurance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Maintain and update documentation related to quality control procedures, records, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 (ISO system Lead)

Requirements:

• You should have an advanced level of English proficiency (Level C-1).
• You should possess over 5 years of experience in strategic quality positions and ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 Quality Management Systems. (Experience in the textile industry is desirable.)
• A high degree of organizational and leadership skills to manage other leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Core Tools and Lean methodology (BlackBelt is desirable).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• The ability to make high-impact decisions.
• Having experience in OEKO-TEX and GOTS would be a plus.
