Team Venti interns participate in an accelerated six-month mentorship program that allows them to experience professional life via working on our Technical Support Team the tasks assigned are critical to our clients' success.

Who we are:

We are located in Austin, Texas, with an international presence in countries such as Canada, Mexico, USA among others, helping our clients achieve successful business outcomes through the smart implementation and support of Microsoft Cloud offerings.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:

• Giving IT support to client administrators and end-users, focusing on phone services support and configuration changes. Communication may be through phone, email or chat.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer success before and after sales.
• Handling ticket requests
• Working hours: 8 hours during office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Is self-managed, organized, and technically curious
• Possesses strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
• Works well in a diverse/global team environment
• College degree already attained or students graduating within the next 12 months
• Interest in learning more about Microsoft Services such as Teams, Microsoft Exchange, Direct Routing, and more.

Being able to work in a quiet space with access to a computer and headset in good working conditions.

This is a remote work position.
