Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking an HR Admin Jr. to support our projects in Mexico City.

You will be responsible for:

• Monitoring new hires (offers, documents, onboarding).
• Documentation control.
• Responding to requests from other areas regarding administrative or personnel information.
• Personnel attention (performance evaluations, periodic follow-ups).
• Registering information in the company's internal platforms.
• Monitoring the personnel training plan.
• Creation of area documentation.
• Support in special projects of the area and the company and in administrative matters.

About you:

• Knowledge of NOM 035, NOM 030, NOM 037 preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of the Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT).
• Microsoft Office package.
