Important automotive metal mechanic company, of Polish origin, dedicated to the manufacture of air conditioning hoses for automobile cabins, is looking for your talent.

We are looking for talent like:

Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

Ensure operations in the logistics chain in order to comply with quality in a timely manner

Maintain the area identified and organized in accordance with the 5'S methodology and security requirements.

Make constant visits to the warehouse to detect anomalies in the processes and avoid risk situations.

Attend internal and client audits to evaluate the logistics process.

Evaluate staff through the training process.

Ensure compliance with the annual training plan.

Participate in safety and process tours and attend to the corrective actions generated.

Comply with IATF procedures and ensure compliance with the generated action plans.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures as well as compliance with the use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of loads.

Attend required meetings of different areas.

Ensure compliance with cyclical inventories.

Attend audits of the Quality, Environmental and Safety System.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in Inventory control.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing.

(preferable) knowledge of integrated ERP system and MS Office.

SAP, oficce package.

FIFO

Education:

Bachelor's degree.
