Lead the technical IT design and delivery of HR system integrations with strong focus on connecting global HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery mainly) with local strategic systems (e.g. payrolls). Oversees the delivery of integrations through strategic partners, and helps drive continuous improvement and strong delivery throughout Work closely with Digital HR and IT teams in agile product team to convert functional needs into technical solutions.
