Product & Marketing Analyst Do you think it can be your next role? Mission: Maximize and develop improvements in service provision so that they are profitable, effective and reliable for customers. Manage all products and services from PTS and keep the pricing system updated in accordance with the fulfillment of maintenance and sales contracts for products and services. Seek and apply all possible solutions, in search of customer satisfaction. Identify recurring problems based on price management and resolve them with recommendations for changes to procedures or systems. Responsibilities: Update monthly sales statistics by segment, product and distribution channel. Assist in the development of PTS projects and products with sales channels Provide sales support to direct and indirect channels Work together with sales channels through demonstrations and exhibitions Develop growth strategy together with BLM PTS Work on sales campaigns and product training for sales channels Support with preparing proposals for sales channels Perform market analysis, segmentation and results monitoring statistics. Keep records of the installed base one by one “1to1” served with service on a monthly basis by type and size of compressed air equipment, generation, light towers, pneumatic tools. Update price lists semi-annually and when necessary (register new products and replacements in the price list). Continuous follow-up to GP of spare parts, LF and LCF Analysis of profit margins to develop competitive price list by product line. Update price lists semi-annually to MyPT and Webshop. Follow-up on Pricing Team updates or training. Price and GP analysis for special offers. Update of reports such as Base Master and WIP Monitoring of update implementations for Webshop, MyPT and connectivity. Monitoring of databases in PowerBI, such as Sales Monitor, Invoice Boost, etc. Change clients at the base, attending to the sending of tasks or emails. Provide NAICS, Industry Code, ASAP and Sales Chanel codes for customer registration. *Intermediate english will be necessary for success on this role.
