As a Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting installations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and you'll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance and efficiency of our customers' building automation systems, ensuring their comfort and safety. Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers' building automation systems, CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL and FIRE.Conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs of building automation equipment, CCTV, ACCESS CONTRO and FIRE.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.Provide technical support and training to customers and field service engineers.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.
