Descripción

Functions-Responsabilities Supports hardware installation and configuration and ongoing maintenance of the computer and MDF. May monitor and troubleshoot equipment and assist with logging and documentation. Responsibilities may also include cabling, racking and server installations. Coordinates, diagnoses, troubleshoots and supports incident employee issues with personal computers, mobile devices, printers and related systems. Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access. Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel. Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to remote IT support. Responsible for IT and Cybersecurity local Audits; Comply with IT and Business policies, procedures and service guidelines Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to the appropriate technical personnel. Builds strong and positive working relationships with all functional areas. Requirements: Education Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field Minimum experience: 3 - 5 years experience as IT Analyst Languages: Ingles Avanzado/ Fluent English Competencie Technical Network Telecomm Structured Cabling Windows Milestone Infinias Mobile devices Office 365 Backup tapes handling PC Support Soft skills Problem Solving Priority setting Action Oriented Aproachability Drive for results Customer Service Communication Skills
