Job Summary:

Facilities Regional Manager plans and executes daily operations of building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, safety, contract management, space management, storage, and utilities infrastructure. In charge of needed upgrades or equipment renewals. Responsible of site budget administration. Design standards for general maintenance programs, and premises needs. Responding to urgent maintenance calls and give remote or physical support and solution as needed.

·        Ensure the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with local legislation

·         Create and manage architectural projects for remodeling and expansions.

·        Manage external suppliers for construction specialties, electrical, HVAC, structured cabling, cctv.

·        Budget Administration and Control.

·         Provide immediate response in case of failure.

·         Design and foster proper working environment for employees.

·         Assure team coordination and communication on site to fulfil needed services.

·         Create and ensure health and safety processes are followed.

·        Works closely with health and safety department to achieve certifications and comply environmental standards (reduction, recycle and reutilize).

·        • Responsible of image and branding requests.

·        Oversee and authorize regional change control documents to ensure proper procedures.

·        • Design emergency protocol for all cities in Managers Scope.

·        Communicate projects and innovations to Site Operations

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's Degree

·        English minimum B2
