• Evaluate, propose, and implement the development of new materials, leading process engineering.
• Optimize the casting process.
• Define and implement improvement actions to the quality system.

• IATF16949 standard and quality systems.
• Methodologies for analysis and problem-solving.
• Destructive and non-destructive testing, VDA 6.3 and 6.5.
• Gray iron and nodular iron casting.
• Inferential statistics and experimental design.
• Project management.
• Core Tools, MSA, and metrology.
• Proficiency in the English language.
