Experience and knowledge

·       Education: Education bachelor's degree on Engineering

·       More than 5 years' experience on Customer Quality, Supplier Quality and/or Quality management system

·       Strong knowledge of manufacturing process, preferred in Automotive Industry

·       Experience implementing corrective actions applying Problem Solving Methodologies

·       Advance knowledge and proven experience using Core tools. Preferred:

·       APQP as member of the team or leader who track all activities to achieve milestones.

·       PPAP: development until approval for new Projects and / or Engineering Changes

·       PFMEA: as member of multidisciplinary team who assess risk and implement controls in order to reduce it

·       Experience in Suppliers Process Audits for New Developments

·       Experience in Supplier Performance Evaluation and follow up activities to increase performance.

·       Advanced Knowledge IATF 16949:2016 system. Preferred experience as Internal Auditor Leader

·       Proficient making presentations for Management level to expose KPI's status.

·       English at least 90% (conversational level).

·       Measurement methods and drawing strong knowledge based on GD&T.

Essential duties and responsibilities

·       Responsible of Supplier Quality.

·       Responsible of Customer Quality department.

·       Responsible of Quality Management system department.

·       Supplier Scorecards.

·       Customer Scorecards.

·       IATF and Customer certification.

·       Track plant (internal / external) past problem and preventive actions plans and track systemic, Customer and system non conformities with corrective actions.

·       Audit plan develop. [Supplier and internal]

·       Follow up all Quality KPI's.

·       Main attention of ISO IATF 16949 external audits.

·       Travel up to 10%.

·       Able to drive highway trip.
