Operations Coordinator

this role will entail overseeing third-party manufacturing and operators, supervising production areas, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and prioritizing safety, quality, production best practices, planning, and delivery. The main focus will be ensuring customer supply, optimizing transportation and logistics costs from Mexico, and inventory levels. The position will require developing and implementing production and planning strategies that align with regional needs and requirements, creating department routines and processes, and supporting personnel development.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering focusing on process, manufacturing, or a related field.

- Advanced English language skills.

- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with email and Microsoft Office.

- 4-5 years of experience in a similar position.

- Have a passport and valid USA VISA
