POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:


Member Compensation (MC) Department is highly audited by internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, procedures, and adherence to customer. MC is the only area empowered to make adjustments to Members based on Herbalife's compensation plan, making it a specialized area within company.


This position will be responsible for researching and processing monetary adjustments initiated by Information Requests received from other departments throughout the Company Worldwide. The Member Compensation Representative must utilize knowledge of the Herbalife Marketing Plan and employ analytical and research techniques to determine impact related to the adjustments. The department and workload are heavily audited on a regular basis by internal and external auditors. All work must meet each country regulatory requirements. This position will also provide support to staff, management, other departments, International Distribution Centers, and Herbalife Nutrition Distributors.

This position may require overtime/occasional flexible hours.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills:

•   Bi-lingual: English/Spanish written/verbal communication •   Customer, deadline and results oriented

•   Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity

•   Ability to meticulously check calculations for accuracy

•   Strong organization

•   Ability to adapt as the external and internal environment evolves

•   Intermediate proficiency in PC-based applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

•   Strong numerical skills and ability to work in multiple currencies

•  Ability to solve practical problems and organize workload for effective implementation under general supervision.

 Education:

• Bachelor's Degree – In Progress or Completed



DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.   Must use fact-finding and analytical skills to identify and follow through with detailed calculations on inquiries concerning Distributors' commission, royalty, and production bonus earnings within specific designated timeframes.

2.   Must keep informed and stay current with Herbalife Marketing Plan, rules, policies and processes WW.

3.   Ensure Information Requests (IRs) have proper approval signatures and appropriate supporting documentation to validate adjustments.

4.   Inform the IR initiating office about any actions taken, adjustments completed or declined, when more information is required to complete the IR or when it is required for the Distributor to place more volume to maintain earnings and/or Qualifications. 

5.   Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and complete records (research, communication, etc.) across all business systems.

6.   Gain further direction from the supervisor when Distributors' earnings are negatively affected due to adjustments.

7.   Inform Department Auditor of volume adjustments affecting supervisor qualifications and/or matching volumes.

8.   Inform the Member Compensation Administrative group or responsible Agent of adjustments affecting Top Achievers Business team qualifications.

9.   Update the Member Compensation Information Request (IR) Access Database or RMA daily.

10.   Proofread completed Information Requests (IRs).

11.   Assist with other department tasks to maintain service level agreements and customer satisfaction expectations. 

12.   Complete all special projects assigned and related to Member Operations.
