YOUR TASKS

Objective: Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to improve the product quality continuously

• Identification of quality and service problems and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check
• Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check
• Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements
• Statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product optimization. Informing of those responsible and initiate measures

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor´s degree preferred in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic/ Electromechanical engineer
• Professional experience in Automotive Industry for +2 years
• Advanced English
• Experience in PPAP process, Quality Launch process and customer management
