YOUR TASKSObjective: Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to improve the product quality continuously
- Identification of quality and service problems and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check
- Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check
- Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements
- Statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product optimization. Informing of those responsible and initiate measures
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor´s degree preferred in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic/ Electromechanical engineer
- Professional experience in Automotive Industry for +2 years
- Advanced English
- Experience in PPAP process, Quality Launch process and customer management
