MIDOT, a world-class leader in the field of personnel assessment for counter-productive work behaviors, is looking for a research & technical assistant to join our R&D team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Technical assistance to R&D researchers – retrieving data from different databases, preparing data for analysis, preparing reports and presentations.
• Project coordination - administrative responsibility for the smooth execution of various research projects.
• Data analysis - analysis of the data collected with statistical software (Excel and SPSS).

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong verbal and writing communication skills in English
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Numerical proficiency and ability to work with data accurately
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable in working with computers and in a computerized environment
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and self-manage tasks and responsibilities.

Education and Experience:

• University degree or equivalent, advantage in Social Studies
• At least 1-3 years work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Statistical software – advantage
