WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

We're looking for someone with a flexible schedule who is eager to be challenged and looking to grow professionally. You're a great fit if you're passionate about helping people, action-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is considered entry-level, is fully remote, and part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company continues to grow.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Manage day-to-day conversations with clients directly on all post-purchase processes, including scheduling of trips, feedback requests, and move-out coordination.
  • Work with accounting to ensure payments are up to date in a timely manner.
  • Work with sales operations to ensure contracts are correct and addendums are sent in a timely manner
  • Be the voice of the client- help guide them into making decisions that benefit them and the company alike, and route clients to the proper departments in a timely manner, while ensuring their issues are resolved.
  • Become an expert in our service selection to help customers pick the service best suited for their needs and schedule.
  • Communicate commonly asked questions, concerns, and customer feedback, which are used by the Customer Success team to drive product improvements
  •  Keep CRM and internal database up to date with detailed notes
  • Understand the capacity of our fleet by market, and schedule accordingly
  • Keep to our 4 hour email response SLA
  • Coordinate projects and maintain client expectations by working closely with our Sales, Design, Design ops, logistics, and Inside Sales teams.

YOU HAVE…

  • Bachelor's degree in any field you are passionate about 
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role. 
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge of Customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
