SUPPORT MANAGEMENT, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES


Overview

IT support and administration requirements expected from IT support for Mexico, Colombia and Peru. It covers all necessary IT-related services, including hardware issues,, Windows PC and mobile device troubleshooting, Office 365 administration, weekly status meetings, and issue tracking handling.


General Requirements

  • The hired person must have a strong track record in providing solid IT services and support to businesses.
  • The hired person must provide on-site support on the necessary days of the week, to help users locally in the Mexico City office.
  • The hired person should provide bilingual support, fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Will hold a weekly Microsoft Teams session with Midot's Global IT Manager, based in Israel, for reporting and reviewing ongoing issues.
  • Is expected to work with Midot ticketing system, based on Jira. All support cases must be properly documented and responded according to the SLA that will be defined, communicated and agreed prior to the engagement.  
  • Project Management: The person must possess strong project management capabilities to handle global IT initiatives, including planning, execution, and reporting 


Specific Requirements

Will handle all hardware-related issues including but not limited to PC repairs, printer problems, network devices malfunctioning, and other peripherals.

  • Shoul be able to manage procurement of necessary IT equipment, liaising with Midot's global procurement team where necessary.
  • Will ensure all IT equipment is up-to-date and meets standards.

Global Projects

  • Planning and Preparation: The person will also handle custom global IT projects (such as migrating all workstations from local domain to the Azure AD domain across Midot offices worldwide). This includes a detailed timeline, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Execution: The person will oversee the project process, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Regular updates and checkpoint meetings will be scheduled to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Post-Project Support: After Project complition, the person will provide support to address any issues arising, and ensure all systems are fully operational.
  • Documentation: Complete documentation of the project and any configurations or setups will be provided to Midot's IT department for future reference.
  • The contracted person should take measures to ensure that any sensitive company information accessed in the course of their work is kept secure and confidential.
  • All software installed should be fully licensed, and the company should comply with all relevant software and hardware regulations and standards.
