Sales Support Analyst
Robertshaw is a leading global design, engineering and manufacturing company in the Chicago area that sells components and systems solutions into the residential white goods, commercial appliance, HVAC, and transportation industries. The company employs over 6,000 employees in 14 countries, has 3 engineering centers, and 11 manufacturing locations
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day to day updates of price maintenance including tracking, update of system, liaison with stakeholders, and follow-ups.
- Data entry of system price updates.
- Ad-hoc analysis on behalf of Sales Leadership.
- Liaison and follow up with sales and customer service organizations on order entry/price related request.
- Periodic engagement with external administrative parties on system price disputes and update of vendor portals.
- Gross Margin analysis to ensure adequate pricing levels.
- Report building and data summarization on normal cadence and ad-hoc basis.
- Analysis of major customer and sku level sales trends
Skills
- Unique problem solving with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced excel including vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables, etc.
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills, with ability to communicate to all levels.
- Strong presentation skills and is adaptive to different audiences.
- Oracle EPM knowledge preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
