Wood - CEC Mexico is currently recruiting for General Administration Manager to help direct, plan, organize and control the accounting management of the company for its correct operation, providing financial, accounting and fiscal information to management and administrative management, for planning, organization, budget and decision making.

The General Administration Manager is responsible for the effective functioning of an organization. Supervises the daily activities of the company's administrative staff and ensures that all office operations run smoothly. This position holds a wide range of administrative responsibilities, which may include supervision of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Payroll, and other similar functions


RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Review and sending of financial statements in all their modalities at the end of the month.
  •  Review and send reconciliations, CXC, CXP, and bank accounts of the company.
  •  Approval of payment programming to suppliers.
  •  Approval of travel expenses, as well as its registration in JP
  •  Payment approval to suppliers
  •  Review monthly ISR and informative statements
  •  Annual declaration for legal entities of ISR, VAT, IETU
  •  Authorization Payment of monthly taxes ISR, VAT, withholdings, 2.50% ISSE, DIOT, FONACOT, IMMS and INFONAVIT.
  •  Attention to internal and external audits (SAT).
  •  Supervision of the work of personnel under their charge Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Check that all billing, credit notes and canceled invoices are prepared correctly. Supervision of shipments to client platforms and monitoring of collections
  • Obtain invoices for general expenses (purchases, tickets, tolls, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with standards, accounting principles and regulations of the law.
  • Reconciliation of JP and CONTPAQ accounting records
  • Improve accounting and internal control processes.
  • Preparation of rate reports for IC Rates services
  • Perform account and transaction analysis.
  • Plan, organize, direct and control activities related to the management of the accounting department.
  • Supervise the registration of accounting, fiscal, legal, tax operations, etc., under current regulations within the established deadlines and terms.
  • Define and control the implementation of procedures for accounting and tax registration.
  • Define the criteria and procedures required to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Perform other functions of the position that help you develop professionally and those assigned by your superiors for the completion of daily accounting activities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified Public Accountant/LAE
  • Minimum experience of 4 years in the same position
  • Knowledge and experience in CONTPAQ system, Commercial- JP
  • Knowledge necessary to perform functions
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong English communication skills (Advanced English)
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience managing and monitoring cash flow in an organization is an advantage, including projecting cash needs, managing liquidity, and optimizing financial resources.
  • Experience in executing payments to suppliers, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness, as well as in bank reconciliation to ensure balance between accounting records and bank account statements.
  • Experience managing lease contracts, including documentation, negotiating terms, tracking requests, paying rent, and renewing or terminating contracts
