As a Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to keeping our customers connected. Meet business needs by providing customer service and then cross-selling assigned products such as satellite TV, phone service, mobility, and Broadband Internet, while providing solutions and services to businesses. To be successful working on our Sales & Customer Service team, you'll need to:

  • Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience.
  • Applying customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of AT&T products or services to meet customers' needs.
  • Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issue related with a customer´s account.
  • Adding new lines or services to accounts to help customer´s business grow
  • Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customer´s needs beyond just the resolution of the issue.
  • Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution.
  • Products offered, Telephone Services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses.
  • Type of sales: Upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan change

Who makes a great fit for the role? There are a few must-haves:

  • Advanced English Fluency to engage with american customers
  • Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must
  • Preferably one year of customer sales experience. Customer Care experience preferred.
  • Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) from Monday to Friday. Our center operates from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm CST, Monday to Friday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays). WEEKENDS OFF!
  • Ability to work 100% of the time in the office.

 

There's more than a paycheck in it for the right candidate. Our compensation package includes:

  • Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,500 (before Taxes)
  • Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000, when you meet your sales and service targets
  • Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,519 every 14 days
  • Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,216 every 14 days

Training Expectations

You will be required to attend 100% of your Training at the Office (between 1-3 months) with the same time availability as the working hours. During your 90 days trial period you will not be authorized to request vacation or personal days off.

How flexible is my schedule?

Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site. This position requires you to be available to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week; we operate from 7am to 9.15pm Monday to Saturday, including Daylight Saving Time & Holidays.

Is training paid?

Absolutely! And certain benefits also start accruing at the start of training - like meal and grocery vouchers.
