Descripción

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for efficient and scalable new customer acquisition via Paid Media channels. This role will drive, execute, and optimize Paid Social media, including Meta and TikTok advertising, to achieve the business' customer acquisition goals. This role reports to the Head of Digital Marketing.


Responsabilities:


  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of Paid Social channels, including optimizing budget, building ads, bidding strategy, campaign structure, and managing creative development.
  • Manage the spend to be on or under budget each month. Flag any opportunities to increase budget with a strong return.
  • Hands-on keys management of Meta (Facebook/ Instagram) and TikTok advertising implementing best practices.
  • Optimize performance channels to maintain first-order profitability and drive new customer growth via monitoring customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per order (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Monitor, track, and optimize KPI's making campaign, ad set, and ad optimizations to achieve the overarching business goals.
  • Uncover deep understanding of consumer audiences, identify what consumers are engaging with or searching for and present actionable recommendations based upon those consumer intent insights.
  • Actively execute A/B experimentation, learning, and appropriate risk-taking to raise the campaign performance bar. Develop a robust creative testing plan to optimize and improve creative performance.
  • Communicate weekly/monthly analysis and results reporting to the wider team and business.
  • Work collaboratively with creative, site, product merchandising, and the marketing team to ensure channel objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor channel best practices, benchmarks, and competitors, staying up to date with new opportunities.
  • Champion performance marketing to drive strategy and test emerging Paid Social channels.


Qualifications:


  • 4-5 years managing Paid Social accounts and an expert in Meta and TikTok.
  • Proven ability to drive growth through performance marketing.
  • Ability to communicate performance activities in plain language to the wider business.
  • E-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and/or fashion experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and turn it into actionable insights. Experience with analytics, including tools like Google Analytics
  • Organized, a self-starter, and with a positive attitude.
