Must Have Skills:

• +3 years of hands-on experience developing backend / middleware systems, using Java language.

• Understanding of common Java frameworks (Tomcat, JiBX, Log4j, GWT).

• Familiarity with Linux environments and bash scripting.

•  Solid understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines. Experience setting up / configurating complex jobs in Jenkins

•  Ability to work and communicate with Remote team members in different timezones

•  Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services and Terraform.

• Working knowledge of distributed cache solutions.

• Working knowledge of message queuing services such as IBM MQ.

• Experience analyzing application performance metrics (GC times, memory usage, threads, etc.).

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
