The selected individual will be responsible for leading a section of the school and managing all educational operations and programs to ensure the academic and personal success of students.

Responsibilities:

·      Implement the curriculum in English and Spanish of the corresponding section and ensure that it meets standards of quality and academic excellence.

·      Supervise and guide teaching staff to meet their objectives and encourage collaboration and teamwork.

·      Establish solid relationships with parents, students and other sections to promote the good image of the school.

·      Foster an inclusive and respectful school environment that promotes institutional values ??and the emotional development of students.

·      Evaluate the academic and personal process of the students of the section in charge

Requisitos:

·      Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy or related field. Master's degree desirable.

·      Verifiable experience of at least 2 years in school administration. Minimum teaching experience of 5 years.

·      Leadership skills and decision-making abilities.

·      Excellent communication skills.

·      Proficiency in the English language.

·      Logistics and planning skills
