Keywords Studios, a renowned provider of technical and creative services to the global video game industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Mexico. Job Purpose The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting various aspects of accounting and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities and Activities Perform financial analysis and reporting tasks to support the Corporate Office. Record journal entries and reconcile balance sheets in compliance with accounting standards. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by analyzing General Ledger transactions. Prepare monthly and annual variance analysis for balance sheets and Profit & Loss accounts. Participate in month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. Analyze performance indicators and KPIs for different service lines. Contribute to the budgeting process. Provide audit support by gathering necessary documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to data entry and reports. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as requested. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role. Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a related field. Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with NetSuite is a definite advantage. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and problem-solve. Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
