Responsibilities Responsible for making calls to different service providers in the United States, to process payments on behalf of customers. · Must be able to fluently carry a conversation in English, answer questions, and document the results of each call. · Outbound calls regarding collections and payment process. · Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure document ticket status and follow up. · Register all cases, inquiries, and calls in the tracking tool. Qualifications we seek in you!
