Job Title: IT Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Mexico City

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT roles, including developers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  3. Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screenings of candidates, assess their qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  5. Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  7. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the technology industry.
  3. Strong understanding of cloud adoption, application modernization, and emerging technologies.
  4. Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, and cloud development concepts.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  8. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Net salary: 40,000 MXN per month + benefits
