Commodity Manager - Intern

Description:

Support to Buyers to manage and coordinate cross-functional meetings with suppliers and process partners in order to implement projects on the target date at the right Cost.

Management of quotes, cost analysis and suppliers data maintenance.

Functions:

* Coordinate meetings with process partners and suppliers to execute projects

* Emails to suppliers requesting quotes

* Cost analysis execution

* Monitor execution of Supplier Score Card compliance

* Execute and follow up billing process from suppliers and accounts payable

Minimal Requirements:

* Education: 5th - 7th semester (Preferably: International Relations/Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)

* MUST: currently enrolled with approximately 1 year to 1 and a half years remaining until graduation.

* Languages: It is ESSENTIAL to have a fluent level of conversational and written English.

* Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.

* Communication skills

* Proactivity / Self-Drive

* Curiosity and eagerness to learn and practice

* Hybrid work schedule. 2 days remote work per week.

* Work hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the possibility of adjustments according to the school schedule.
