Responsibilities include:

• Managing AR at select communities,
• Invoicing residents monthly,
• Recording payments,
• Resolving questions and providing support to community staff and residents,
• Updating system for resident changes,
• Assisting in training of new hires at the communities on AR process
• Working with communities on aged accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Previous experience in multifamily housing, healthcare, or senior retirement industry a plus.
• Highly detail oriented & organized.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Able to meet assigned deadlines.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
