Responsibilities include:
- Managing AR at select communities,
- Invoicing residents monthly,
- Recording payments,
- Resolving questions and providing support to community staff and residents,
- Updating system for resident changes,
- Assisting in training of new hires at the communities on AR process
- Working with communities on aged accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in multifamily housing, healthcare, or senior retirement industry a plus.
- Highly detail oriented & organized.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Able to meet assigned deadlines.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
