MISSION:
An HR Business Partner is a professional who oversees HR operations, provides guidance to management, analyzes HR metrics, resolves employee relations issues, and suggests HR strategies aligned with business goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer facing and main connection with the HR Regional Support Team for any need in the organization.
- Organization design and headcount management
- Support the site strategies to improve Industrial KPI´s
- Organizational Culture support
- Annual Employees Opinion Surveys
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department and suggest action plans based in key results (turnover-absenteeism, talent, etc.)
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and retention strategy
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify developing actions for teams and individuals
- Suggest new HR strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources or related.
- +5 years as HR Business Partner manufacturing industry
- Team Management
- Written and oral English and Spanish proficiency
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and practices
- Collaboration and influence employees and leaders to achieve goals
- Exceptional ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- MS Office applications including strong Excel and PowerPoint
