Job Summary:

The Creative Content Coordinator is responsible for generating all Creative materials, including but not limited to: Advertising Assets, Branding Material, Internal Communications, General Graphic Design Pieces, Videos, Prints, Editorial, Web Design, etc.

• Ensure internal client, employee and corporate client satisfaction by delivering quality visual assets and creative solutions in a timely manner.

• Maintaining or exceeding department SLA by working in an efficient and agile manner, without compromising quality

 • Enhance Client experience by creating disruptive and innovative co-branding materials and wow moments for Potential and Current Client Visits.

• Participate in Global Marketing Webinars to learn first-hand about the strategy and upcoming internal and external campaigns

 • Localize Global campaigns by adapting materials to local channels, including but not limited to email flyers/banners, wallpapers, printed posters and social media.

 • Support the area communication objectives with official materials such as Strategy communication, organizational changes, org charts, etc.

• Responsible for innovating our creative design and content solutions

• Translate organizational objectives and needs as well as client requirements into strategic and purposeful designs.

 • Support IT with web design for specific tools, such as Intranet and Client Visits App, by creating a wireframe to ensure site functionality and determine how content is shown; HTML for the basic structure of the site or application; and CSS for look and feel.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor´s degree in Graphic/Web Design or similar degree.

·        2-3 years experience in a graphic design position and working with a wide variety of visual media and applications.

·        Experience at an advertising agency or printing house

·        6 months in Contact Center or experience in similar position preferred.

·        English minimum B2
