Service & Repair Technician III


As a Service & Repair Technician III here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support and repair services to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers and the success of our service operations.


You will report directly to our Service & Repair Manager and you'll work out of our designated service center in [Apodaca, Nuevo Leon].


In this role, you will impact the following:


- Conducting thorough equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.

- Performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment, , industrial machinery, and electrical systems.

- Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

- Ensuring all repairs are completed according to safety and quality standards.

- Documenting all service and repair activities accurately and maintaining detailed records.

- Providing technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues as needed.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues

• Perform repairs and maintenance on various equipment

• Collaborate with customers to provide effective solutions

• Ensure repairs are completed according to safety and quality standards

• Document service and repair activities accurately

• Provide technical support and guidance

• Lead and manage inventory planning activities

• Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

• Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management



YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment service and repair

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various equipment systems

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools (SAP & Excell).
