Role Objectives: The Business Manager is responsible for the construction and execution of the sales plan leadership development on his market through a strategy enclosing 4 main pillars: Planning, Analysis, Coaching, and Follow-up.
Essential Role and Responsibilities:
- Train, teach, and Support the leadership through coaching, persuasion, and motivation to guarantee the achievement of their goals.
- Provoque meetings or special events with strategic leaders according to each market.
- Analyze field sales and performance to determine effectiveness and identify areas to improve.
- Know the main competitors with their competitive skills and their positioning.
- Identify areas or regions with high growth potential and develop plans to penetrate those markets.
- Develop and propose sales strategies and tactics for different audiences: consultants and customers depending on the needs identified in their market.
- Communicate launch commercial strategies to the field (incentives, promotions, product launches).
- Follow up on sales compliance and main KPIs in the region about the budget and established goals.
- Analyze the results to detect opportunities and make business decisions.
Academic requirements:
- Degree in Sales Management, Social Communication, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or other common areas.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- English Proficiency
- Digital marketing experience, social media, web pages, e-commerce, and digital channels and tools
- Excellent Windows office skills, especially Power Point y Excel
- Power BI (nice to have)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related roles
- Direct selling, MLM, retail or sales
- Performance in sales, marketing, or customer service
