A Robot Programmer should be responsible for setting up and configuring the welding robots according to manuals, providing technical guidance while ensuring to meet quality standards and the maintenance follow-up as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with the operation of ABB/Yaskawa welding robots and performing offline programming or online for on-site teaching procedures.
• More than 2 years of work experience in debugging welding robots.
• Familiar with welding standard requirements and the welding process.
• Capable of solving the equipment failure.
• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• English Level: Proficient.

Job Responsibilities:

• Configurate the welding robot to weld the product according to the welding process instruction manual.
• Compile and maintain the welding program to optimize the weld quality.
• Make judgments according to the quality level of appearance and penetration after welding and adjust welding problems in time if there are any welding problems.
• Responsible for team management, technical guidance of welding robots, and maintenance follow-up after sudden damage.
• Optimize the welding effect throughout process analysis and standardization.
