**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide 1st/2nd line support for e-Trading and Distribution systems.

- Manage and support applications across their operating environments.

- Conduct start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.

- Collaborate with agile teams to deliver support, maintenance, and testing using agile methodologies.

- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues promptly.

- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

- Coordinate support for liquidity providers, pricing engines, and aggregation platforms.

- Facilitate onboarding and connectivity testing for clients onto FX platforms.

- Work closely with network and infrastructure teams during outages and changes.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- 8+ years in a Production Support role within FX trading.

- Strong understanding of trade flows and FX terminologies.

- Experience with low-latency environments and FIX protocol.

- Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, Perl) and databases (SQL).

- Familiarity with Elastic Stack, operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).

- Prior exposure to DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Jira) is a plus.
