Job based in Torreon, Matamoros, Coah. Torreon I Plant, E-Systems division

As Project Coordinator, you will leader will be responsible Develop and release technical and commercial information at the plant level to ensure the proper use of human, financial and plant facilities resources for flawless execution in terms of quality, delivery and cost during the launch and engineering change phases of the projects. assigned harness programs.


YOUR TASKS WILL BE:


·      Design world-class manufacturing processes using Value Stream Mapping methodology.

·      Identify, and lead Lean SS projects, Kaizen Events and Waste Walks according to plant MOS Metrics

·      Lead and implement and develop CI Initiatives such Suggestion system, 5S, Visual Management

·      Ensure Global Best Practices are instituted into each new process and sustained in existing processes

·      Coach and train the plant community in Continuous Improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices) and drive compliance and implementation

·      Partner with Global Facilities and Corporate Manufacturing to validate and ensure all new expenditures, dispositions, expansions, and constructions are consistent with Continuous Improvement and Sustainability principles

·      Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of LSS & BP across the assigned sites

·      Responsible for lead and develop the plant's Operational Excellence Assessment

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:


·      Bachelor's degree in engineering or business

·      2+ years as same position in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry

·      Intermediate English Level

·      Proactive, Organized, Working for objectives according to a defined timeline. Negotiation Skills, teamwork, knowledge in MS Excel. Time effective Management, IATF 16949, MPS, Customer Service

·      Excellent written and oral communications skills, with an ability to negotiate and mediate effectively
