This position is newly created, it derives from the plant start-up, so it must begin with the creation of Human Resources processes in conjunction with the HR Manager. Policies, processes, documentation and implementation must be developed in follow-up with plant personnel for hiring, reprimands, personnel development, training, attention to voluntary and involuntary resignations considering the laws of Fremont California.

Desirable, the candidate lives in Fremont, California or in Mexican states near Fremont.
