YOUR ROLE

• Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure pick-ups and deliveries on time.
• Coordinates with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers, air flights or bookings with our pool of forwarders.
• Coordinates with forwarders, customs agents the import process.
• Plans deliveries not managed, i.e. rush orders.
• Solves issues communicated from transport planner during the planning/booking process.
• Reviews and proposes improvements on transport planning scope, i.e. exclusion of lanes.
• Prepares transport KPIs and reports

YOUR SKILLS

• Previous experience in import processcustomer servicetransportation, foreign tradeshipping, trucking and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Intermediate English
• Intermediate Excel
• SAP is a plus
