What you'll do?

• Develop Automation Test Strategy (Enterprise)
• Apply techniques for test optimization, scope, and areas of improvement, assign and drive work with Specialized Test Engineers as needed
• Conduct automation assessments, tool evaluation and selection
• Integrate CI/CD framework with automation
• AutomationStandardization across teams and development of automation re-usable assets specific to Client portfolio
• Design and develop automated dashboard for Test Automation metrics
• Mentor and coach Specialized Test Engineers
• Onshore and Offshore resource coordination

What you'll bring:

• 2-4 years of experience as an Automation Architect
• English fluency
• Experience with Java and Selenium
• ISTQB Foundations Certification
• Any Java or Selenium Certification
