The HRBP will be responsible for the administration, execution, and follow-up of the different HR processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection process
- On boarding for new hires
- Compensations and Benefits
- Labor Relations
- Internal communication
- Succession planning
- Implementation and ensure the compliance of HR policies.
- Ensure legal compliance training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree necessary.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge in Local and Federal laws
- Excel
- Fluent in English
