Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Climate: Oversee the design, analysis, and administration of the organizational climate measurement survey, ensuring high levels of participation (over 90%). Coordinate the logistics, communication, and follow-up of surveys to ensure a high response rate.
Identify trends and areas for improvement to promote employee satisfaction.
Integrate the results of organizational climate surveys with information from other tools, such as breakfasts, 30/60 surveys, mailboxes, turnover analysis, NOM035, etc., to obtain a comprehensive view of the situation and define coherent and effective actions.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies for survey results and actions taken to improve the organizational climate. This includes building trust and commitment among employees and promoting loyalty through a positive and satisfying work environment.
NOM 035: Lead the measurement of NOM-035 according to legal requirements and TTMX needs, as well as define and implement required action plans in conjunction with EHSS.
Conduct surveys and evaluations of psychosocial risk factors among employees and analyze the results.
Collaborate with EHSS and HR to design and execute prevention measures and corrective actions based on evaluation findings.
Facilitate communication and awareness among employees and leaders about psychosocial risks and prevention measures.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, prevention measures, and communications related to NOM-035.
Evaluate the impact of implemented actions on improving employees' psychosocial well-being and ensure the inclusion of these results in comprehensive analyses for TTMX as a whole and by department and leader.
