As a freight dispatcher you will be assigned carriers based on your equipment knowledge and experience.

Experience on

Transportation Broker Skills

Manage and coordinate fleet.

Follow up with driver to make sure load its delivered on time .

Follow up to have documents ready for cross docks.

Assign trucks to new drivers.

Scheduled truck maintance.

Assign loads to drivers.

Work with other teams and departments for follow up on loads.

Help drivers with any road assistance.

Help drivers with payment concerns.

Assist teammates with their fleets.

Follow up with loads completed over the weekend to avoid payment issues with drivers.

Maintain compliance to all facility certification requirements and government policies

Participate in quoting, transitioning, and onboarding new customers

Manage, prevent, and resolve inventory, over/short/damage, process and customer exceptions

Perform audits of warehouse activities to ensure security and safety of people, facility, and freight • Management, team leadership, customer service, and account management
