Kelly Services invites you to join their team as a Project Manager, you just need to meet the following requirements:

- 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.

- Reside in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

- Bachelor's degree completed with a diploma.

- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.

- The position is temporary for 8 months to 1 year.

The scope of work and responsibility of the Project Manager is: 

Lead the project, ensuring all the needs/requirements from the technology area in place in the design & 

execution, all of this according to the LEGO project model. 

Perform as an integrator of the different department collaboration on the project eg. MD&I/Facility 

Engineering/Local Operation, etc. 

Assist the working environment coordination to take place during implementation. 

The Project Manager is responsible to report and follow up on problems encountered and proposals for the 

project changes and corrective actions during the implementation phases. 

The Project Manager is responsible for reporting to the stakeholders the implementation project's progress in 

terms of program progress and cost. Also responsible for generating the data for said report. 

The Project Manager coordinates overall technical supervision in cooperation with supervisors assure that LEGO 

standards, procedures, and requirements are follow in due time. Being proactive and making the project team 

working in a proactive way. 

Influence the project team and work atmosphere for everybody to work by co-working, proper communication, 

resolving problems/conflicts ensuring "one team" spirit. 

Supports on coordinating daily activities with different suppliers and installation teams on site, work permits and 

coordination with the operation as well as ensuring that the suppliers on site are following internal LEGO Group´s 

regulations and safety requirements. 

Support on the on-site supervision of the activities as well as monitoring and follow up on the agreed activities of 

the day. 

Project manager ensures the right flow of information between technology managers, stakeholders and global 

platform owners. 

Risk Management 

The Project Manager is responsible for develops and maintain the Risk and Opportunity Analysis to ensure the 

proper planning including mitigation plans.
