Sr. Pre-Sales Network Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pre-sales engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our customers' technical and business needs, designing customized telecommunications solutions, and presenting persuasive technical proposals. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure success in acquiring clients and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customers' needs and requirements in terms of network infrastructure and communications.
2. Develop detailed technical proposals and customized solutions that address specific customer needs.
3. Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our solutions can solve customer challenges.
4. Provide pre-sales technical support, answering technical questions and addressing concerns to help close deals.
5. Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, considering factors such as scalability, interoperability, and performance.
6. Work closely with the sales teams, product engineering, and development to ensure proposed solutions are viable and meet customer requirements.
7. Stay updated with technological advancements in the field of telecommunications and understand how they may impact the solutions offered to customers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
3. Deep knowledge of telecommunications principles, including network technologies, communication protocols, and transmission systems.
4. Strong technical skills.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical terminology into understandable language for customers.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships with customers and internal collaborators.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
