Position: Inside Sales Executive (ISE) for Access Control solutions.

Location: Working place in Mexico City, service to ZKTeco USA.

Reports to: Director of Sales


Summary

Works primarily with dealers and end-users in the Electronic Security Industry (Access Control). While occasional travel may be required when the Inside Sales Executive (ISE) is

visiting customers and exhibiting at tradeshows, this is primarily an inside position. ISE is expected to report to the office every workday.

Being trusted with valuable clients is a critical responsibility, so the ISA needs spectacular interpersonal skills.


Inside Sales Exec (ISE) Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support to customers (i.e., provide part numbers, pricing,

product availability, answering basic product questions, etc.) in order to

maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Prospecting for new business via phone, email, social media and from CRM-

generated leads (Dynamics 365). Actively sourcing new sales opportunities

  • Schedule appointments, webinars, and demos, with new and existing

customers

  • Updating the CRM (D365) with customer information and sales opportunities.
  • Participating in company sales & marketing meetings
  • Performing other related duties assigned by Sales Director
  • Review leads and opportunities with sales team and establish strategy on how

to close them.

  • Help customer partners develop promotions, marketing strategies, and events.
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent.
  • Fluent conversational English (B2 level as minimum)
  • 2 year of Experience in the Electronic Security Industry (Access Control Panels, Biometric devices, Turnstiles, Metal Detector)
  • 2-year of customer service.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing

priorities with enthusiasm.

  • Proficient with CRMs (NetSuite and D365) and Microsoft Office.
