Account Executive, LATAM

What We're Looking For

Breezeway is hiring an Account Executive to join our Sales team and have an immediate impact on our exponential growth by selling into the LATAM market.  The successful candidate is a smart, energetic, self-motivated person that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and help hospitality providers solve operational inefficiencies. Breezeway's award-winning property operations and experience platform helps coordinate, communicate, and verify detailed work at properties. Powering over 30M property care tasks, Breezeway helps thousands of short-term rental managers and hospitality operators increase operational efficiency, eliminate manual work, and boost service revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
  • Leverage HubSpot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Breezeway in the market.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing SaaS sales role, vacation rental operations, or related industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • General technical proficiency with software.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
