UX/UI Designer


Resource Description

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for visualizing and articulating complex problems and concepts making disciplined decisions based on available information and research evidence. You will move from analysis to design intent. Will be creating the visual elements of applications, websites, and/or other interactive media. You will work closely with product designers, UX (User Experience) designers, product managers, developers, and business analysts. You will create wireframes, high-fidelity, user flows, and sitemaps to ensure that every page and every element of the interface is visually appealing, easy to use, and intuitive. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.

 

Requirements

• +3 years' experience in UI/UX-related work.

• Fluent English (Written and Spoken)

• Bachelor's/master's degree in graphic, industrial or product design or UI/UX-related studies.

• Proficiency in design software (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other similar tools.)

• Strong service design skills (journey maps, service blueprints, wireflows, service walkthroughs) and visual design skills (color theory, layout, and composition)

• Knowledge of design principles (user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design)

• Experience in UX Research techniques to create Journey Mapping & Validations

• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes.

• Good communication and business processes skills.

 

Responsibility

Collaborate with product management and UX designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the development team.

• Research for validation of user needs, journeys & prototypes and creation of wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows

• Delivering an outstanding user experience by providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.

• Ensure design consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all platforms. Maintain and evolve the global design system.
