PROJECT MANAGER DE CONSTRUCCIÓN

RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Execution of project planned according with timeline and expected dates

·    Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.

·    Construction site administration (budgets, generators and supervision).

·    Actively manage and optimize the use of resources on Project

·    Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan

COMPETENCES | ABILITIES

·    Bachelor of Engineering or related

·    Experience in Project Development Methods (APQP)

·    3+ years of experience in project management required

·    Computer skills (Office, AutoCad, CivilCad, EPANET).

·    Budget Control, wide domain of negotiation

·    Ability to work with minimum supervision and teamwork

·    Ability to work through all departments of the organization to manage projects in compliance with deadlines.

·    Hard-driving results oriented

·    Ability to handle confidential information.

·    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

·    Advanced English
