Descripción
We are looking for Customer Technical Support Coordinator in Tijuana.
These are the main activities:
1. Coordinate customer service (CS) operations and implement strategies to ensure customer quality.
2. Enhance client satisfaction by promptly addressing issues, meeting their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Convey customer feedback (VOC), drive cross-functional factory quality improvements, prevent major issues at the customer end, and achieve customer quality objectives.
4. Maintain customer relationships, enhance credibility, and ensure smooth CS operations for corresponding clients.
5. Customer re-evaluation; follow-up on pre-sorting at the frontline.
We offer law benefits + a yearly bonus worth 2 to 4 months of salary.
Advanced english level is required.
Visa is preferred.
Knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
