Sr. Customer Quality Engineer

 

 

Essential responsibilities:


1 Handle customer complaints          

2 Track and communicate progress in Quality Improvements     

3 Develop tools to effectively track performance          

4 Communicate with customers to update on complaints     

5 Make presentations on Quality KPIs to Upper Management.     

6 Train employees in WCM Quality Tools       

7 Prepares customer related reports (for example customer scorecard) including analysis and driving implementation of needed actions

8 Proactively visits the customer's site as needed or requested      

 

 


Qualifications:


  • Education: Industrial / Electromechanic Engineer
  • 5 years of experience in Quality
  • 5 years experience on internal and external audit
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Six sigma green / black belt certification
  • Soft skills: Team work, Decision making, Problem solving, Negotiation and communication
  • US Visa / Available to travel
